Integrity Marketing LLC has acquired Your Insurance Group LLC (YIG) of Melbourne, Florida.
Integrity Marketing is a Dallas-based senior products distributor that has acquired more than 20 other distributors in the past three years.
YIG is an insurance marketing organization that sells final expense insurance, term life insurance and other products through a network of about 5,000 agents.

YIG was founded in 2013.
The agents in the YIG network will generate about $30 million in new annualized premiums this year, and the YIG lead program is generating about 350,000 final expense and Medicare supplement insurance leaders per month, according to Integrity Marketing.
Integrity Marketing is not saying how much it's paying for YIG, but it says that Brian McCann and Avi Assouline, the YIG co-founders, will get a stake in Integrity Marketing.
Integrity Marketing says it now has relationships with about 230,000 agents, up from 225,000 relationships in September.
