LifeSecure Insurance Company says it will be reinsuring and administering the long term care insurance business of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida.
LifeSecure, Brighton, Mich., a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Detroit, says assuming Florida Blue's 10,400 LTC insurance policies will add $9.9 million in annual revenue.
