MetLife Inc. has announced dividend rates for its Series A floating-rate and Series B 6.5% non-cumulative preferred stock.
MetLife, New York, says the fourth-quarter dividend rate on the Series A preferred shares will be 25.27777 cents per share, and the rate on the Series B shares will be 40.625 per share.
The Series B rate is the same rate that MetLife paid in the third quarter.
The Series A rate has increased from 25.55555 cents per share, MetLife says.
MetLife will pay the fourth-quarter dividends Dec. 15 to shareholders who own the shares Nov. 30.
