ING Employee Benefits will be teaming with Everest Funeral Package L.L.C. to sell funeral advice and planning services with group life plans.
ING Employee Benefits, Minneapolis, a unit of ING Groep N.V., Amsterdam, will be offering workers who have ING group life coverage a choice of funeral support services from Everest, Houston.
Employees can choose access to Web-based planning tools or a service that can provide personalized help with arranging a funeral, ING says.
Employers can offer the service with a new or existing group life contract.
