National Investment, Dublin, Ohio, is a retirement plan administration and investment management company.
Alaska Pension, Anchorage, Alaska, runs retirement plans for small businesses, nonprofit groups and Alaska native corporations.
Alaska Pension was helping plans administer $450 million in assets.
National Investment reports that it now is administering about $11 billion plan assets and has letters of intent to acquire more plan administration firms.
