American Wholesale Insurance Group Inc. has acquired the policy administration division of CBCA Administrators Inc.
American Wholesale, Charlotte, N.C., a broker, sells employee benefits products as well as commercial property-casualty insurance.
The acquisition of CBCA, Fort Worth, Texas, comes on the heels of American Wholesale's purchase in April of Web TPA Inc., Dallas, a benefit plan administration firm.
