Osaic, the national wealth management firm, announced Wednesday the launch of strategic partnerships with ActiFi, a provider of white-labeled growth tools and software, and Greene Consulting, a consulting and professional development firm.
The partnerships are aimed at enhancing Osaic’s wealth advisor academy and financial planning jump-start training programs. Likewise, the firm hopes to better equip financial advisors with tools to deliver comprehensive and scalable wealth management solutions, including by making advisors’ work more effective and efficient.
Launched in 2024, the Osaic wealth advisor academy program supports experienced advisors seeking to deepen their planning and practice management skills through a “highly collaborative” learning model. Early results indicate that trainees bring in net new assets at twice the rate of their peers, according to the announcement.
For financial professionals newer to the industry, Osaic’s financial planning jump-start program aims to provide a strong foundation for early career growth. The strategic partnerships should expand instructional capacity, according to the announcement, allowing Osaic coaches to spend more time on targeted skill-building and closely monitor participant progress.
“We are committed to helping financial advisors develop the interpersonal skills and technical knowledge needed to grow their business through coaching, consulting and development in combination with our external partners,” Jerry Schreck, senior vice president of advisor education and training at Osaic, said in a statement.
