Hightower, the Chicago-based RIA aggregator, says it has launched Hightower Signature Wealth, a new advisor channel for “growth-minded RIAs.” HTSW will offer RIAs a platform, related resources and the “brand recognition needed to compete at the highest levels of wealth management,” according to the firm.
“Signature Wealth gives us a tangible, scalable way to showcase what sophisticated wealth management looks like,” said Hightower CEO Larry Restieri, the former head of Goldman Sachs' Ayco business who took the reins from Bob Oros in June.
RIAs joining the HTSW channel will receive “enhanced support” in operations, marketing, technology and investment management, the firm says.
“It’s also a feedback loop — bringing innovation and best practices from our community into our center, then pushing them back out to every advisor at Hightower,” Restieri said in a statement.
The first group — out of Hightower’s 144 advisory practices in 34 states — to join the new channel is Frontier Investment Management. Hightower made a strategic investment in Dallas-based Frontier in mid-2020.

Leaders of Signature Wealth’s investment operations include Stephanie Link, Hightower's chief investment officer, and Randy Bullard, head of investment management, in partnership with NEPC, an institutional consultant that Hightower acquired in 2024. NEPC’s platform includes proprietary research, access to private markets and portfolio-related thought leadership, Hightower says.
“At Hightower, we’re building the future of wealth management,” Restieri said. “With the addition of Signature Wealth, we can serve advisors who seek to maintain autonomy as well as those who seek to be part of a unified brand and team.”
