EP Wealth Advisors, an RIA, says it has hired Margaret Jarocki to lead its partnership integration efforts. Jarocki spent the past 13 years at Captrust Financial Advisors, most recently as senior director of integrations. Earlier, she worked for Credit Suisse.

“Margaret’s track record of executing complex integrations with both operational precision and a client-first mindset makes her the ideal leader for this critical role,” said EP Wealth Chief Operating Officer Jorge Bernal. “Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to scale through strategic partnerships and accelerate our growth.”

In her role, Jarocki will oversee end-to-end integration efforts — covering people, technology, processes and culture — for each new partnership. She will collaborate closely with the M&A team, technology, operations, and other key functions.

“Joining EP Wealth at this pivotal moment is tremendously exciting,” Jarocki said. “I’m inspired by the firm’s commitment to integrating and leveraging the unique strengths of partner firms across the broader enterprise.

"I look forward to working with the talented teams across both our new partners and the existing EP organization to ensure they’re fully supported and positioned for long-term success.”

Torrance, California-based EP Wealth managed about $32.6 billion in assets as of March 31 and has 53 offices in 18 states. In 2021, Berkshire Partners acquired a minority stake in the employee-owned firm.

EP Wealth's most recent deal was buying San Francisco-based Peninsula Wealth, which works with $660 million in assets, in April.
