Wealth.com, the estate planning platform, said Tuesday that Kathy Wunderli has been named head of Private Wealth, specializing in estate planning, probate, trust administration and tax matters.
Wunderli most recently served as a partner in the Private Wealth Group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, based in Los Angeles, where she advised clients on legal issues such as premarital and post-marital agreements, cross-border estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates.
“The legal team at Wealth.com is second to none in the digital estate planning space,” according to Wunderli. “We have the ability and experience to revolutionize the estate planning experience by blending the best of technology, legal knowledge and artificial intelligence to benefit clients and their personal planning team.”
Wunderli's clients have included individuals working in the entertainment industry, high-net-worth families, closely-held business owners and others.

In late January, Wealth.com hired Dan Bolton to serve as its head of marketing. Bolton led corporate marketing for Nitrogen, a client engagement software platform, starting in mid-2022, after joining the firm in 2017.
