The marketing technology provider Snappy Kraken has launched a new enterprise hub that offers large financial services organizations greater control over their advisors’ marketing activities.

The firm has also revamped its campaigns application to streamline marketing efforts for firms and advisors, including by introducing new artificial intelligence features that increase efficiency and insight generation.

While previewing the updates for ThinkAdvisor, Snappy Kraken CEO Robert Sofia said the enhanced enterprise hub will help eliminate the need to manage fragmented, costly and inefficient technology stacks. It builds directly on the prior launch of Snappy Kraken Enterprise.

“The enhanced platform provides enterprises with simplified control and visibility into all their marketing activities,” Sofia said. “Firms can manage prospecting and marketing for hundreds or thousands of advisors across all channels, track performance with AI-driven insights and deliver highly personalized communications at scale.”

Key features of the enterprise hub include advisor activation tracking and management that helps accelerate advisor onboarding and adoption; a scaled campaign and content management system that allows more efficient management of content libraries for campaign alignment at scale; and features that support the deployment of personalized marketing campaigns across large networks of reps while maintaining operational control and brand consistency.

Also important, Sofia said, are the enhanced compliance controls and workflows that help to simplify regulatory compliance. Tying it all together are enhanced performance analytics and AI-driven insights that track advisor engagement and campaign performance to support more informed decisions.

“This is a breakthrough for firms struggling to balance meaningful client relationships with scalable marketing strategies,” Sofia said.

Meanwhile, the new campaigns app allows advisors to launch personalized marketing campaigns with a click, while using AI-driven automation for tasks like email scheduling and content delivery. Sofia emphasized that advisors should be able to navigate the platform with minimal training.

Key features of the app include a dashboard that provides both at-a-glance and detailed views of campaign performance and audience activity; a content library with campaign templates and customizable sorting options; and contact and campaign tracking features. Finally, the platform integrates with leading financial advisor tools and client relationship management tools.
