Recruiting firm Diamond Consultants said Thursday that it is expanding its services to include executive search work for wealth management firms, such as RIAs, independent broker-dealers, multi-family offices, banks and wirehouses.
“Diamond Consultants Executive Search Partners is designed to address our industry’s increasing demand for exceptional leadership and specialized talent,” Louis Diamond, Diamond Consultants' president, said in a statement.
"Hiring and retaining talent has increasingly become the No. 1 challenge that RIAs and independent firms face, and we are excited to roll up our sleeves and help firms solve this problem,” he added.
To lead this new venture, the firm recently hired executive-search recruiter Jamie Campbell, who has nearly 30 years of experience in professional services, including work in public accounting and wealth management.
In addition to managing her own consulting practice, Campbell has hired talent for Robert W. Baird, Wealthspire and the top 10 public accounting firms.
