Integrated Partners, the national RIA firm, has added RetirementDNA, a San Diego-based advisory firm specializing in retirement plans, executive benefits and private wealth management, to its network.
The partnership brings more than $1 billion in advised assets to the network, which now boasts over $20 billion in assets under advisement.
Robert Sandrew, chief growth officer at Integrated Partners, said in a statement that the deal singificantly expands both firms’ capabilities in retirement plan services and wealth management.
“With the combination of our wealth management infrastructure and RetirementDNA’s deep expertise in retirement plan services, we're creating a more robust platform to better serve clients nationwide, with a particular focus on the West Coast,” Sandrew said.
With advisors in California and Hawaii, RetirementDNA provides comprehensive advisory services to over 250 companies ranging from startups to publicly traded corporations. Joining Integrated Partners will improve its advisors’ ability to serve C-suite executives and other wealthy clients, according to the announcement. Likewise, RetirementDNA will expand access to corporate-sponsored retirement plan services to better support Integrated-affiliated advisors.
As part of the deal, RetirementDNA managing partners Daniel Dubois and Shawna Christiansen will join Integrated Partners' leadership team on the West Coast.
