As another new year approaches, people often make resolutions. This is the best case for incremental improvement that I have ever found. If you make several resolutions, let’s assume that you manage to keep a couple.
As such, over the years your practice should steadily improve.
Many of these resolutions concern business planning. The timing is great because your manager has asked for a business plan. Resolutions also address quality of life or are just common sense. Perhaps all of them create “aha” moments.
Personally, I think multitasking is highly overrated. You can do a few things well or can do many badly. Choose wisely.
