Protective Life Corp. is using a new corporate structure to organize its operations.
The Birmingham, Alabama-based subsidiary of Dai-ichi Life Holdings Inc. of Tokyo has put its retirement operations in a new retirement division and its protection insurance operations in a new protection division.
Aaron Seurkamp is the president of the retirement division. He has been Protective Life's senior vice president, life and annuity executive.
Wade Harrison is president of the company's protection division. He previously was senior vice president, chief product officer.
