
The American College of Financial Services — the school in charge of the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designation — has added five members to its Penn Mutual Center for Veterans Affairs Advisory Board.

The school was founded in 1927 and is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. It created the 14-member veterans affairs advisory board in 2012, in an effort to meet the needs of veterans and their spouses.
The new advisory board members are:
- Charles Cronin III, vice president for advancement at the American College, who previously worked for Provident Mutual and for eMoney Advisor.
- Tracey Jones, president of Tremendous Leadership, a U.S. Air Force Academy alumna, who served in the Gulf War.
- Retired Rear Admiral Tom Lynch, who is chairman of NewDay USA, chairman of the U.S. Naval Academy Athletic and Scholarship Foundation, and a past president of the Union League of Philadelphia.
- Sheri Rhoades, a vice president at the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, who has served in the U.S. Navy.
- Danita Yetter, a military spouse and American College of Financial Services scholarship recipient, who earned the school's Chartered Financial Consultant designation.
