It's been quiet on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act repeal front and House Republicans are unlikely to broach the subject during budget negotiations. With HealthCare.gov able to handle more users and the beginning of the year less than a month away, the question becomes how long opponents can wait to try and get PPACA repealed — if they choose to try.
