A month after the shutdown, Republicans are more trusted to govern than Obama

Shutting down the government might be less damaging to your career than reforming health care.

President Obama's approval rating is currently sitting south of 40 percent. Congress' approval rating is now in the single-digits. Yet, a poll by Quinnipiac University found that respondents have more trust in congressional Republicans to do a better job than Obama.
