There has been a lot of talk of economic inequality since the 2008 global financial crisis. Notably, there has been little action — with the exception of the vague Occupy Movement — rendering the topic virtually confined to a purely academic discussion. Recent findings published by the Russell Sage Foundation found that the middle class neighborhoods are dwindling in population.
