John Boehner has not forgotten that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) is what has galvanized Republicans and gotten the country into this incredible deadlock. PPACA however, was notably absent from both an editorial in a recent Wall Street Journal by House Budget Chairman Paul Ryan. Ryan sought to focus on changes to Medicare and tax laws instead.
