With the decision last week between Switzerland and U.S., which forces Swiss banks to disclose certain information regarding the accounts of alleged tax evaders to the IRS, locating those who try to hide their money from Uncle Sam will now be like "shooting fish in a barrel," one IRS official exclaimed.
