Kantar Media developed a Twitter-tracking tool and tuned it in to hear how people feel about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and it sounds like people aren't happy with the law. One source of the negative sentiment on Twitter has been from Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, who has 108,000 followers and been more active on the site than President Obama, who has 35 million followers.
