Twenty-six percent of Americans say they have the most confidence in banks that they've had since 2008. However, that is a far cry from the pre-recession level of 41% in 2007. Still, 28% of Americans say they currently have little or no confidence in banking institutions, however, this is down from 35 percent a year ago.
