Court says some morning-after pills must be available OTC now

After a long saga, a federal appeals court has dealt a blow to the Obama administration in ruling that "two pill variants" must be made available without age restrictions during the administration's appeal on an earlier case. In a battle that has become highly politicized, it looks as if the administration decided to fight the wrong fight in order to gain some points with more conservative members of the electorate.
