Poll shows young people to skip coverage, opt for penalty tax instead

A poll from the American Action forum found health care premiums will increase sharply when the health care exchanges open in 2014. Healthy Americans are in the fortunate position that paying the penalty will be cheaper, which is just what people ages 18-40 plan to do, according to the poll.
