The market is starting to turn around as are unemployment and consumer confidence levels. President Obama's auto rescue plan is working out and the average annual compound return on stocks has been more than 24 percent. This happens to be better than Clinton, Reagan and FDR who given a lot of praise for the economic turnaround during their tenures.
