A CBS News report has confirmed that Dzohokhar Tsarnaev left a note in the boat he was hiding in that explained his actions. The note confirmed widely held suspicions that the Boston Marathon Bombing was an act of retribution for U.S. wars that kill Muslims. The civilians were referred to as "collateral damage" a sign that he viewed his actions as a pseudo military endeavor.
