Pelosi: Obamacare largely responsible for bringing down deficit.

Nancy Pelosi told MSNBC's Chris Hayes that the incipient implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is already working to lower the federal budget deficit. Democrats and Republicans have selectively interpreted numerous nonpartisan reports to use to their advantage. The reports state that the law will either raise or lower the deficit depending on how it is implemented. It is yet to be fully implemented so, there is no conclusive evidence out.
