Colorado lawmakers set taxes and rules for marijuana sales

Subject to voter approval in a ballot initiative this autumn, Colorado will be the first U.S. state to regulate and tax the use of marijuana for recreational purposes. With the enforcement of the rules to e be paid for by a 15 percent excise tax and a 10 percent sales tax this could be model for future legalization methods.
