FDA: Plan B will be available over the counter for women 15 and over

The decision by the Federal Drug Administration will only have an impact should the Department of Justice appeal an April 5 ruling by a federal judge demanding that Plan B be made available over-the-counter to women of all ages. The Department of Justice has until May 5 to file an appeal. If it does not, this decision will be inconsequential.
