Perhaps you want to rethink having your regular Western omelet. Scientists have concluded that those who subscribe to a Western diet will most likely develop some type of cardiovascular disease. The study, which was conducted from 1985-2009 and published in the American Journal of Medicine, found that a Western diet, described as fried and sweet food, processed red meat, high fat and dairy products and refined grains directly correlates with a greater risk of premature death.
