Can you get a flu shot and still get the flu?

Amid predictions of a bad flu season, it's easy to forget vaccination does not mean immunity.

With an early kickoff to the flu season many medical professionals were calling for an extremely bad one, thus urging everyone to get their flu shots. However, the vaccine is only 60 percent effective and there are myriad reasons why you can still get the flu even after you have been vaccinated.
