Occupy Wall Street campaigners buy-up debt to abolish it

Some lucky debtors could find their debt abolished thanks to the Rolling Jubilee project, which buys up debt and wipes it out by writing it off. A recent test successfully erased $14,000 of outstanding debt with just $500. The project's organizers are looking to expand nationally and are looking for investors. With just $50,000, organizers figure they can wipe out $1 million worth of debt.
