Flooded subway systems, ruined cars, closed businesses … The effects of Hurricane Sandy are everywhere, including the presidential election. At the very least, the catastrophic storm could force the candidates to reschedule campaign events and distract the media. It could also make Obama a scapegoat … or a hero.
