The market has seen a recent upswing thanks to a recently announced round of bond-buying by the Fed and the European Central Bank. Strategist based their forecasts on such an action by the banks, not on an organic turnaround. This puts the run-up on a foundation built from sentiment rather than fundamentals. The trouble with sentiment is that it can quickly change—even turn violent—as have the protesters in Spain and Greece.
