Partners Advantage, Colton, Calif., is an insurance marketing organization with about 80 employees.
Innovative Partners, Costa Mesa, Calif., is also an insurance marketing organization.
Innovative Partners agents can now sell the products that Partners Advantage distributes, and 7 Innovative Partners staff members will be going to work for Partners Advantage.
In other distribution deal news, Hylant Group Inc., Toledo, Ohio, a large insurance brokerage firm, says it has acquired a "substantial portion" of Creative Benefits Systems Inc., Grand Rapids, Mich.
Several Creative Benefits principals — Dale DeHaan, Jim Gilbert and Charley Schlosser – and their employees are now working for Hylant.
