A money manager is marketing human resources and recruiting services to independent registered investment advisors (RIAs).
Fidelity Investments, Boston, is getting the services from a unit of Manpower Inc., Milwaukee.
Fidelity provides brokerage custody services for about 3,000 RIAs, and it says it has survey data showing that 60% want to attract new advisors.
