The Insurance & Financial Communicators Association (IFCA) has picked new officers.
IFCA, Cambridge, Ontario, a group for marketing and communications professionals in the insurance and financial services sectors in the United States and Canada, says Norman Quesnel is now the president.
Quesnel works for Amica Mutual Insurance Company, Lincoln, R.I.
The immediate past president is Mark McDonald of Manulife Financial Corp., Toronto (TSX:MFC).
Other officers include Tom Zimmerman, vice president, communications and strategic planning; Susan O'Neill, second vice president, awards and recognition; Laura Charles, secretary; and Wendy Webster Coakley, treasurer.
