Edelman Financial Services, headed by well-known advisor, author, and talk show host Ric Edelman, has partnered with one of the largest independent life insurance brokerage firms, AccuQuote.
The partnership will allow Edelman to provide its financial planning and investment management services to AccuQuote's hundreds of thousands of customers. In return, Edelman Financial says that its clients will benefit from AccuQuote's expertise in the areas on life, disability, and long-term care insurance.
"Life insurance is a crucial element of financial planning, so we are pleased to be able to offer our clients access to one of the most respected names in that field," Edelman said in a statement. Edelman Financial Services provides financial planning and investment management services for individuals and families, currently managing nearly $5 billion for consumers nationwide. Edelman also plans to release in December an updated and expanded fourth edition of his personal finance book, The Truth About Money.
AccuQuote says that it helps consumers find the best values in term life insurance by combining instant online life insurance quotes with the personal service of unbiased life insurance agents.
