Taft-Harley plans are multiemployer union health plans.
The Connecticut Coalition represents Connecticut Taft-Hartley plans with a total of about 100,000 participants.
PHX, Bedminster, N.J., provides services such as negotiations with providers and access to supplemental preferred provider networks.
