A human resources consulting business has a new top executive.
The ACS Human Resource Services unit at Xerox Corp., Norwalk, Conn., has picked Mike Roberts to be executive managing director of Buck Consultants, New York.
Roberts has been managing director of Buck's practice in the United Kingdom.
Roberts is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, London.
