The Employee Benefits Security Administration has released three model notices that employers and carriers can use to comply with Affordable Care Act provisions.
EBSA, an arm of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, has posted a Patient Protection Model Notice, a Lifetime Limits Model Notice, and a Dependents Model Notice.
Earlier this week, EBSA and other federal agencies published a batch of ACA interim final rules in the Federal Register.
