Arthur J. Gallagher & Company has acquired Risk & Reward Consulting Ltd.
Gallagher, Itasca, Ill. (NYSE:AJG), is not saying how much it is paying for Risk & Reward, London, which was founded in 1996 and handles benefits for U.K. employers and international employers.
Tim Johnson, the managing partner of Risk & Reward, will be staying with the business and keeping it in its current offices, Gallagher says.
