The parent of the eHealthInsurance.com website is branching out into life insurance sales.
EHealth Inc., Mountain View, Calif., (NASDAQ:EHTH) says it will provide life insurance quotes, at http://www.elifeinsurance.com, through an alliance with Efinancial L.L.C., Seattle.
EHealth will provide quotes for traditionally underwritten policies as well as guaranteed issue and simplified issue policies. EHealth will manage telephone support operations, but licensed agents at Efinancial will answer life insurance policy-related questions.
