The New York State Insurance Department has published a history of the premium increases it has approved for long term care insurance carriers since 2000.
The list, posted on the agency's website, includes closed-block policy increases of 20% for Cigna Corp., Philadelphia; 15% for Continental Casualty Company, Chicago; and 15% for Bankers Conseco Life Insurance Company, part Carmel, Ind.
