A health and productivity services company is using the Web to try to overcome employee inertia.
Nationwide Better Health, a unit of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, Columbus, Ohio, has beefed up the online enrollment system that helps employer clients' employees sign up for lifestyle and disease management telephonic coaching programs.
The changes are making it easier for employees and dependents to enroll in the programs and automatically schedule their first appointments, according to Nationwide Better Health.
