Northeast Delta Dental has bought Combined Services L.L.C., a New England general insurance agency.
Northeast Delta Dental, Concord, N.H., is a dental carrier.
Combined Services, Concord, is a unit of Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company, Chicago, which is, in turn, a unit of Health Care Service Corp., Chicago.
Northeast Delta Dental has had a 30-year marketing relationship with Combined Services, according to Tom Raffio, president of Northeast Delta Dental.
Combined Services will come to Northeast Delta Dental with an exclusive long-term contract to sell Fort Dearborn Life's group and voluntary life and disability products in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
Brian Francis, who has been president of Combined Services, will keep that title, and Combined Services will keep its current home office in Concord, Northeast Delta Dental says.
