Gronich earlier started RIA In A Box, New York, an RIA registration service.
Lexington Compliance, New York, will provide e-mail support from compliance experts for small firms; marketing materials review services for midsize firms; and access to a dedicated compliance expert for large firms.
The firm also can provide on-site compliance reviews and mock audit services.
