Clear Choice Health Plans Inc. has changed its name to Clear One Health Plans Inc.
Clear One, Bend, Ore., is a 14-year-old regional carrier that recently completed a large merger. The company sells individual and group commercial coverage as well as Medicare Advantage plans.
In addition to changing its name, the company has updated its logo. The new logo incorporates an image of a blue and orange butterfly.
