American Community Mutual Insurance Company is selling the Latitude small group health product in the Cornhusker State.
American Community, Livonia, Mich., has designed the plan, which is now available in 8 states, to appeal to employer groups with 2 to 50 employees.
Nebraska employers can combine the plan with a health reimbursement arrangement program, and they can adjust the deductible, the benefit percentage, the office visit co-pay and the out-of-pocket maximum.
The policy comes with a $5 million medical lifetime maximum.
